System Details and Configuration

Total System Capacity

  • Total Capacity: 5.8 kW peak.

Solar Panels

  • Type of Panels: Jinko Solar 580W (bifacial).
  • Warranty for Solar Panels: 12 years against manufacturing defects, along with a productivity warranty of up to 30 years for 10 panels.

Inverter

  • Type of Inverter: SUNWAYS inverter with a capacity of 3.6 kW.
  • Warranty on the Inverter: 10 years, including a remote monitoring system.

Materials and Equipment

  • Galvanized Iron G90, 1.8 mm Thickness:
    • Iron sections: Columns and Rafter C16 with a thickness of 1.8 mm G90.
    • Real and Bracing C8 with a thickness of 1.8 mm G90.
  • Designed to Withstand Wind Speeds up to 140 km/h: Guaranteed for 10 years against rust and weather conditions.
  • Electrical Cables:
    • Spanish Top Cable 4 mm thickness.
    • Italian-made ABB circuit breakers.
    • Jordanian Kableco AC cables with a thickness of 6 mm.
  • Weatherproof IP65 Breaker Boxes for circuit protection.
  • Blocks Weighing 175 kg with a break strength between 260 and 300.
  • EMT Pipes used for external extensions to withstand harsh environmental conditions.
  • Galvanized Tray Cable placed under the inverter and on the rooftop surface, with a special zinc material used for galvanizing bolts in conjunction with the structure.

Design and Implementation

All design and engineering works were carried out by our specialized engineering team. Every component of the renewable energy system was carefully selected to ensure longevity and durability over the years. All designs were studied according to the Jordanian code for loads and forces to withstand the most severe weather conditions.

Annual Production

  • Expected Annual Production: No less than 9,000 kWh annually, resulting in significant savings on traditional energy consumption, enhancing the effectiveness of the photovoltaic power station.
